New Bar at 22nd and SVN
It appears that there is a new bar getting ready to open at the corner of 22nd and South Van Ness. It also seems that they may even have a second floor for additional drinking capacity (think: the perfect place to drink while clandestinely watching for prostitutes and johns).

The building for this new bar used to be a funeral home.

I can’t envision which building this is? I Live at 22nd and Shotwell and can only think of the tax place that is never open, the new apts they’re building and the two old apt buildings. Is it farther down the block?

it is on the North West corner. It has been under construction 4EVAH.
