Beer cans, that is, like that would’ve been sold at this corner store before they packed it up and hauled it away. Nice shot, quasiblotto! Thanks for sharing.
Update: quasiblotto has an even better shot that he sent over belatedly. Thanks again, dude.

[...] But really, gosh, what a day for Mission signage. [...]

i heard it’s going to be a laundromat…but this was months ago when the bodega (which was fucking gross) closed down.
the one up the street on Lex is closed too, though the Baobab people for a while were looking at it.
what should go there? both of those 2 places should have something great in it….
i was thinking a real DF style torta place would be cool.
or an outpost of la palma.
or a wine store where everything is under $25.
or a microbrew joint (Mission Brew? Hipster Lager? Poop-in-my-Driveway Porter? David Campos Draft?)

All of the above?

i was trying to convince Sam at BiRite to do a little outpost, but he doesn’t want to dilute himself.
also, probably a little too imperialist (ie expensive) – whether actually or philosophically – for a lot of folks my side of valencia.
i guess a laundromat is an OK idea. dull but required.
